Carpenter Wanted

Total Living Concepts has an opening for a carpenter to add to our existing renovation crews. The successful candidate must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of residential building standards (OBC)
  • Bondable
  • Good driving abstract
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Neat appearance, personable
  • Well versed in all aspects of building and finishing techniques
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, carpentry certification an asset
  • Salary based on experience, company Vehicle provided

Carpenter’s Assistant

Total Living Concepts has an opening for a carpenter’s helper to work with existing crews. The successful candidate should possess a strong working attitude that enjoys working with your hands and is not afraid of hard work and also possess:

  • Motivated self-starter
  • Bondable
  • Good driving abstract
  • Neat appearance, personable
  • Must possess Grade 12 diploma, preference given to College level advancement in carpentry

TLC will train the right individual.

Designer Salesperson

Total Living Concepts has an opening for an Experienced Designer/Sales Person. The successful candidate must possess:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Discuss with clients to understand their current space usage, envisioned functionality, style preferences, and renovation budgets.
  • Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models to visualize design ideas
  • Work collaboratively with other designers, staff, and onsite renovation crews.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Source furniture, lighting, decor, and other materials from various suppliers.
  • Competative Salary along with uncapped commission
