Our design team at Total Living Concepts delivered a smart, space-efficient solution tailored to their needs.
Project Goals:

Improve functionality for daily laundry routines
-
Add ample cabinetry and concealed storage
-
Introduce bright finishes to reflect light in the lower level
-
Maintain a clean, classic aesthetic that integrates with the rest of the home
Key Features of this Laundry Room Renovation:
1. Floor-to-Ceiling Cabinetry:
Custom built-ins provide significant storage for cleaning supplies, linens, and seasonal items. The full-height cabinets keep clutter out of sight while visually streamlining the space.
2. Stacked Washer-Dryer Unit:
By stacking the washer and dryer, we opened up more usable floor area. This layout not only maximizes space but also allows for additional countertop and drawer space next to the units.
3. Durable Countertop with Subway Tile Backsplash:
A subtle grey countertop offers durability and low maintenance. It pairs beautifully with the marble-look subway tile backsplash, which adds just the right amount of texture and brightness.
4. Integrated Utility Sink:
Practical and stylish, the stainless steel pull-down faucet and deep sink are essential features for a hardworking laundry room renovation—ideal for handwashing, soaking, or cleaning up after muddy boots.
5. Soft Palette with Clean Lines:
The fresh white cabinetry, light wall tones, and neutral flooring create a soothing palette that makes the room feel open and clean—especially important in lower-level renovations.
