This luxury bathroom renovation in Oro-Medonte transformed an outdated, builder-grade space into a refined, spa-inspired retreat. The homeowners wanted a bathroom that felt calm, comfortable, and highly functional—while offering the everyday indulgence of a steam shower experience.
Total Living Concepts approached the project with a focus on thoughtful planning, clean detailing, and long-term performance. Every decision was made to enhance both how the space looks and how it functions day to day.

Custom Steam Shower
A spacious walk-in shower was designed to function as both a daily shower and a steam shower, delivering spa-level comfort within a clean, modern enclosure. Careful attention was given to layout, materials, and detailing to ensure long-term performance.
Frameless Glass Enclosure
Full-height frameless glass maintains visual openness and allows light to move freely through the space, highlighting the tile work while keeping the bathroom feeling open and uncluttered.
Illuminated Shower Niche
A recessed, backlit niche provides practical storage while adding subtle ambient lighting. The integrated lighting enhances depth and functionality without disrupting the minimalist aesthetic.
Heated Tile Flooring
Radiant floor heating adds everyday comfort underfoot and reinforces the spa-inspired feel of the bathroom, particularly during colder months.
Integrated Bench Seating
A built-in shower bench improves comfort and accessibility while maintaining a seamless, cohesive look within the shower enclosure.
Illuminated Recessed Medicine Cabinetry
Custom recessed medicine cabinets were integrated into the wall to preserve clean sightlines while maximizing storage. Built-in lighting enhances visibility and adds a refined architectural detail to the vanity area.
Custom Bathroom Cabinetry
