When our client approached us with the desire to renovate their outdated condominium, we knew it was going to be a comprehensive but exciting project. After careful consideration, it was decided that removing the wall and creating an open-concept space would be the best approach to improve the functionality and flow of the living area.

The kitchen was redesigned to maximize the new space, and new finishes and fixtures were added to give it a modern and updated look. One of the most striking details of this renovation was the incorporation of gold accents throughout the kitchen, master ensuite and walk-in closet. These luxurious touches added warmth and glamour to the space, making it truly stand out.
The renovation didn’t stop there. We also updated both bathrooms (Master and main), the laundry room, two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom to give the entire condo a fresh new look. Every detail was carefully considered, and the end result was a whole home transformation that our client loved.
